  One in four U.S. adults has high blood pressure, but only one third of these people know it. Help your employees get their blood pressure checked to determine if they may be at risk for heart attack, stroke or other health problems.

This free Worksite Wellness Program offer is good to employer groups with 10 or more employees. Also, at least 10 employees must participate in the Worksite Wellness Program you select.*
